FAQ · Ordering
Why does the button say Amazon Link Pending?
Amazon Link Pending means that Size+Color has no mapped Amazon purchase path on this website. Public catalog cards highlight Confirmed combinations with BUY ON AMAZON.
Quick Answer
Pending = not buyable here yet for that Size+Color. Choose a Confirmed size/finish on Vent Covers, or contact us if you need help with an unmapped combination.
What Pending Means
Each catalog row is a Size+Color pair. When the Amazon ASIN mapping for that pair is not published for public checkout, the site shows Amazon Link Pending instead of BUY ON AMAZON. The page may still help you understand sizing and finish options.
What Confirmed Means
Confirmed rows have a mapped Amazon path for that exact Size+Color. Open the variation, verify the attributes, then use BUY ON AMAZON. Details: Confirmed Sizes Purchase on Amazon.
What You Can Do
- Switch to a Confirmed Size+Color that matches your opening.
- Re-check measurement if you landed on an uncommon pair (sizing FAQ).
- Use Contact, Add to Quote, or Business Inquiry — include width × height and finish.
What Pending Is Not
- Not a coupon or hidden cart.
- Not a guaranteed restock calendar published on this page.
- Not permission to treat a Pending row as Confirmed.
